What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? We had a change request regarding how required drop-down fields are handled. A few days later, Pipeline CRM already implemented our feature request.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Pipeline is an easy-to-use and highly customizable platform. It's easy to manage for people who aren't too technical and just need a place to log a bit of information, but it has powerful tools for people like me who want to tweak, adjust, analyze, and customize the experience. Sending mass e-mails is super simple, too.
