What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Integration with Google Apps Platform is very well thought out and not just a basic connection - trackable emails is very useful - Connect functionality has a lot of potential - very well designed interface - solid technology exceptional speed and performance. Reports and interfaces are almost infinitely configurable by the end user who is willing to experiment. Most of customer support via live chat and knowledge base is second to none!

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like that we are able to turn people into deals- every morning this sends a report to the owner of the account showing them how much was entered into the "deals" section every day.
