Happy to start building my business and scale it up with Pipedrive
I really like the interface, it seems more user-friendly, however, I need to allocate more time and discover all the functionalities that Pipedrive provides. Moreover, what made me decide to take Pipedrive is the Customer experience they provide. They really care about the users and try to help them as much as possible. I chose Pipedrive because I know they'll be there to help me anytime.

They guided me throughout the entire process and provided detailed and insightful information and recommendations about the plans suitable for our company. The representative was always friendly and promptly addressed any questions or issues that I had.

Good experience
It was easy to sign up for a free trial and the account executive (Stephani Anglada) was helpful, prompt in responses, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The product fits our needs very well and is flexible. I would prefer the product be a little less expensive and the knowledge base a little more expansive.
