This review was long pending. I was exploring Zapier and other alternatives to manage the fulfilment process for my sales. I got to know about Pipedream through tradingview community and must say that I was blown away by the features it offers. Sends spam emails based on your OSS author details
They look at your NPM packages on npmjs.com, extract your author email address and use it to send your marketing emails without any permission.

Great service
I have had some issues with it but that is down mainly to my code and support have been very quick for assisting too on their slack community.
