Pingboard is good and easy to use.

What do you like best? I like the directory and the org chart layout options. The color coding is a nice touch. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's tricky to delete a user. I also dislike how I can't rearrange the order of direct reports to a manager. We have some managers who have direct reports at different levels and it's hard to cleanly reflect that. Great Solution for Company Database

What do you like best? Pingboard is intuitive and super easy to use right out of the box. I primarily use the app but the web browser is best for viewing an org chart. What do you dislike? It would be great if it allowed you to customize notifications. It currently pings you a few days before your teams birthdays and anniversary. Great Organizational Tool

What do you like best? Pingboard has become my go-to when I need to locate someone by phone or email, as all contact information is right there beside their photo. I also love the fact that there are pictures which are searchable; even if I don't know someone's name I can find them by their face and get all the info I need to reach out to them. What do you like best? The large profile pictures make it easy to put a face to a name What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike! Great, if fairly basic

What do you like best? Clean app that is very intuitive and attractive. No training is needed for admins or users. Make basic reporting relationships very clear and easy to navigate. Good option for tracking vacation, sick and WFH (assuming high adoption). Good option for basic directory across multiple locations and teams. Good tool with room for improvement

What do you like best? I like that the different roles can be easily updated. What do you dislike? I don’t like that you can’t play with ranks to show a better understanding of an area map. Also I don’t like that you cannot print only selected part of the org. (or I couldn’t find how). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tool has improved some in the last month but it could be more intuitive.

What benefits have you realized? Not solving business problems. Benefits include tracking employee count and office distribution.
