ANXIETY

ANXIETY! I get emails constantly threatening to delete my beloved memories and when I try access my accounts to download them to keep them safe, it says I will have to pay to access my photos...????Some people will say businesses have to make a profit, but is profit really above morals? Are people satisfied with the greedy attitude of the world? Furthermore, look at Wikipedia, they are standing strong. Just because a lot of companies lack decency doesn't make it ok.

Would give these donkeys a zero if it…

Would give these donkeys a zero if it was possible. Used this service for years to host photos on my website. Then all of a sudden they decided to watermark all of my content and try to ransom me for money to remove the watermarks. No problem I thought, even though it’s seriously annoying. Then I start to get emails saying hosting is not allowed at all and that they were threatening to delete my account unless I pay them. I’ve never written a review for anything online, but this is madness ...

Terrible Service

Terrible, they don't even deserve one star. They lost and could not recover dozens my most important images, custom images that I do not have duplicates of, while they were still a free service, Why would I pay them for their crappy service now? Photobucket is and has been terrible for a long, long time.

Bad Management Tactics

Used this site before in the past then.....after awhile tried to login to make a purchase to be immediately confronted with what looked like a popup ad saying you broke TOS by leaving photos uploaded on this site from previous purchases and DEMANDING hosting subscription fee in an aggressive manner. If I wanted to see these said pictures let alone decide to store them there I MUST pay.Photobucket are holding viewing your photos to ransom until you subscribe.Whoever thought this was a clever ...

Extortionate Unethical Greedy Company

Have photos uploaded from over 13 years ago. Hundreds of memories, especially from my teenaged years. This typical greedy American company is now holding my images hostage, demanding payment to retrieve my images in the form of a $399 a year plan (daylight robbery, typical American greed). Every 2 days I receive an email demanding payment or contact support to delete account (no option to retrieve my digital content). I have received over 500. Photobucket are the single biggest spammer in ...

Do people understand business have to make a profit??

Honestly every single bad review here is about they charging a subscription. Why do people expect the company who needs to make a profit and pay their employees to allow them to use it for free? Do they complain about being charged for electricity and Netflix? Do THEY work for free? Are people that stupid?? "Oh it's only pictures" then keep them on your computer, d'oh. Photobucket is a decent service, they really effed up a few years ago demanding way too much money for the service but I ...
