What a totally sucky, corrupt, greedy non-service

What a totally sucky service. With their poor customer service and how horrible their site works, and now holding eBay auctions ransom for $400, it seems the company is run by criminals. So tired of the crashing, freezing, losing my photos, and now they want me to pay them $400 just so I can have third party hosting? No way! They don't even try to make you believe they will do a good job for the money they want to charge for their "plans." They need to wash down stream, fast. I hope they go ...

A tale of how not to treat your customers

They used to be outstanding and the go to place to host images. I paid a subscription for many years, using their service to host my images for auctions, forums and photography sales. I reduced my subscription a couple of years ago and got bombarded with adverts for crap, sting sites, pictures of stupid people doing stupid things, fake surveys and goodness knows what else. I joined up and paid $99. Could not cancel the following day.

I joined up and paid $99. The next day i noticed I could not post my pictures on a travel sight. So I told them to cancel because it would cost $400. After 10 days of communications and dodging my request they refused to cancel to re-credit me the $99. They are dishonest. I have no use for their service. In fact I found a free site where one can do 3rd party posting.

PhotoBucket gave no advance warning they were stopping 3rd party hosting of the pictures they just disabled it and wanted me to upgrade. If they were on top of their customer service they would have sent an early warning email a month in advance or even 2 week and I would have made other arrangements but they dropped the ball big time and I deleted my account they must think they are the only game in the market but they are wrong I had been a photobucket user for many years but gone now. ...
