Phocas helps us to run reports and see activity much easier.
What do you like best? I like the ease with which I can look at our numbers (sales, inventory, etc. What do you dislike? Some areas are hard to understand, but I'm learning more each day. Recommendations to others considering the product Take your time and learn as much as you can. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can see on a daily basis our sales numbers and rank our salesmen and products as needed.

What do you like best? End user ease of navigating through data. Pricing plan is great as well. I don't recall the upfront costs, but they were minimal. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really enjoy the freedom of developing the exact report that I want. If I find that I am unable to do something, the support team has always come through and fixed it so it works. I have created reports that show dead stock in one branch that other branches sell. I have made dashboards that show everything we did last month. From how many orders we entered to how many returns we did. It breaks down stock and direct orders.
