Phocas has brought the power of data to our employees in a very easy to use manner.

What do you like best? Ease of use for end user, simple techniques for building dashboards, and logical analytical tools to build calcualtions. Also, the admin section is very easy to use and provides many levels of access. What do you dislike? There are some bugs when trying to build calculations or advanced searches. What do you like best? The best part of the Phocas software is that it is very easy to use for a general business person. The software is very intuitive. What do you like best? Phocas gives us the ability to look at our business from every angle. Analysis from a wide view for operations, to very detailed data for specific requests, all available within seconds. What do you like best? Phocas allows users to get to their data and get results fast. No more trying to explain to the I.T. staff what they want and then getting something different and going through the process several times before finally getting what they want. What do you like best? Dashboards. The basic snapshot created once and drill down capability to take a deeper dive into the data. What do you dislike? Might be I just don't know how to do it, but having alerts built in to "Phocas" my attention before I open the dashboard. What business problems are you solving with the product?
