From an employee perspective Perkbox is great. The platform delivers savings on major brands that I would shop at any way. Free coffee, cinema tickets etc once a month also greatly received! Well done Perkbox!

Loss of Phone insurance

The feedback from the team is that they are saddened at the loss of the free mobile phone insurance. It is to their financial detriment to purchase a new policy, and we can no-longer advertise it as a great benefit when we engage our new people.

Like Perkbox but issues

While I largely like Perkbox I have had some issues. For example, being dyslexic I have accidentally bought the wrong vouchers because they haven't been clear enough for me eg. buying for Pizza Hut restaurant and not delivery & then being stuck with them. While it's been easy enough to get in touch with customer services, they aren't able to help. Also, I have linked my cards for cashback but never actually received it when making purchases.

Great Website

Have been using Perkbox for a year or two and it’s just such an easy site to use.The perks are particularly good when comparing to LifeWorks for example which I have access to via my job.Perkbox offers better discounts and more freebies,and that’s what we all want! 10/10
