Customer Service is WOEFUL!
As a business we've been using Perkbox for about 2 1/2 years now. The initial setup was a complete joke... to be point where all sorts of Customer Service directors had to step in and rectify the mess created. Since then, it's been ok - the perks aren't amazing and the better ones are disappearing, but it's a nice offering to our staff which we've opted to keep up. However since Covid-19 we've had to make a few staff members redundant and so we need to edit our licence numbers accordingly. ...

Learn how to use it and you'll love it
Perkbox can be a bit daunting to use at first. Certain perks seem to have a lot of steps before you can access them but once you get the hang of it it's very simple and there are great savings. For example, I just got a free coffee from a high street coffee place and got cashback points on the muffin I bought there. I was able to access the perk in 30 seconds as i walked up the road and I do this every month.

A smart choice …
I think these difficult times have focused everyone on how to make their money work for them. I’ve been using perkbox treats and e-gift cards and they have saved me considerable money! Would highly recommend!
