Purchase said it hadn’t gone through, charged twice, refused a refund for 1
I purchased a voucher from my Perkbox and it said the voucher did not go through, I checked my bank and emails and hadn’t received anything. I did it again and it went through, and then received 2 vouchers and 2 charges. I explained the situation and was told I can’t have a refund. How they can not refund something that errored because of the app. I asked for the details to make a complaint, no responses, then closed the chat down. I will be taking this further, very disappointing.

Reward your staff by making them spend money
My company signed up to this service. It's got a bunch of discounts for stuff that I either won't, don't or can't use in the usual range of large chain stores. I'd rather have the couple of quid that it costs to sign up for the service than have these horrible discounts. Anyone thinking this is a reward for your staff, this sadly isn't and will not make them feel valued.

Misleading & Poor customer service
Need to make the terms clearer. Include vouchers that can be used online and in store rather than one or the other. Contacted chat and they basically sent me a screen shot of the terms from another page, rather than work with me to find a solution. I was mislead by the store in questions as well and the gift card could have been used.

Good discounts for tech
Got a good discount from the Samsung site on a laptop, applied on top of the sale discount.
