What do you like best about Perkbox? Used the chat function which enabled me to get on with my work whilst waiting for a reply. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for my issue to be completely resolved. Very friendly member of staff

A representative at Perkbox named Jake was very helpful. After two or three emails we resolved my issue of being locked out of my account. Response times between each email from him were fast and answered all my questions politely and professionally. Can’t fault the service I received. Perfect!
