What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? The best part of PerformYard is the seamless Process for Reviews. Whenever I need assistance, I can easily contact my designated account manager. My account manager is Lauren and she helped me from the begginning of our contract signing, throughout setting up our account and forms, to helping me close out the review process. "There is no longer paper flying back and forth!"

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? Overall, PerformYard is a pretty great system! The Forms are very easy to set up, and are able to mirror the paper forms that we were using up to this point, so rolling that out to staff shouldn’t shock any of them, because it looks and acts the same (but easier for administration because there won’t be paper flying back and forth!) What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? PerformYard Performance management makes it easy to keep track of deadlines for evals and the product is very easy to use. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? The only downside I have found so far is that it is not clear who the eval is going to next once submitted. "Intuitive Performance Tracking"

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? The user interface is clean and simple to use, will all tabs organized to easily fetch data that we need. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? In my usage, I have not found any flaws that make the user experience bad.
