"WorkDove allowed me become a better Manager"
What do you like best about WorkDove? The software is so well coded, so well thought out, and the UI so intuitive. It is the perfect tool as it allows me to focus on the content and the conversation and I never have to worry about how get the software to do what I need it to do. Everything you could possibly need is already there and it just works flawlessly.

What do you like best about WorkDove? Work does is an incredible resource on everything performance management. They have set the stage and knowldege base when it comes to recording performance mangement, having discussions, measurements and stellar customer service.

What do you like best about WorkDove? Simple easy to use interface enables frequent, focused communication between leaders and employees. We currently utilize the check-in functionality that allows structured questions to be used when leaders check-in with their teams on goals and business objectives. It allows the employee to initiate the check-in. We also utilize the goal functionality. We are in our first year so we have not been through a complete performance review cycle.
