"Great Improvement to our Performance Management"
What do you like best about WorkDove? The initial set up and training on Work Dove was simple and effective. We were able to implement and get all staff using the program for their annual review in a matter of 3 months. The Work Dove reps were very helpful and did a great job hosting staff trainings. The ability to provide an easy to access online tool that provides the opportunity for continuous feedback has helped to improve performance management across the organization.

What do you like best about WorkDove? The interface is user-friendly, easy to tailor and easy to maintain. The various apps encompass many aspects of general review and performance management.

Recently, we were able to provide the company with some features/functionality that we'd like to see and they were able to make our vision a reality. It is nice to do business with a company who genuinely wants to hear client feedback and takes action on it.

What do you like best about WorkDove? Intuitive, configurable talent management suite. Allows for sophisticated performance management, recognition and talent development solutions in a single interface. Very easy to deploy - although configuration is easy the solution works great "out of the box." Support is excellent as well - staff are very responsive.

What do you like best about WorkDove? I worked in a demo environment for a few months learning the platform. The user interface is easy to pick up and would not require continuous training. In addition to top-notch functionality, the leadership at WorkDove is clearly behind best practices and readily shares their knowledge via white papers, webinars and Melissa's podcasts offer exceptional insights.
