Pepipost Service and Responsiveness
We were using a different API mail service and had nothing but trouble with it. The support from the other service was awful. We'd send in a ticket and wouldn't get a response for days. Pepipost has a great chat feature where my questions are answered right away. that combined with about 3 years of service without downtime I can say that Pepipost is my service of choice for SMTP.

Wasn't aware of the 100 mails. limit per day…
Wasn't aware of the 100 limit per day and suddenly my account was diabled but the support did a great job fixing it!

We are very happy with pepipost
We are very happy with pepipost. Our woocommerce shop whas pushing out e-mails that bounced. Our customers kept calling and mailing they did'nt receive confirmations about their order. Now we use pepipost almost no e-mail bounces anymore. That great for our customer service and clients. Pepipost Customer service acts instantly with problems. We needed them twice and both times it got taken care off imediatly. Just 1 minor thing, we did'nt get a notification that our trial ended. The system ...

Using Pepipost as a transactional email provider
We started of with the free plan, and I had a few issues with integrating the transactional emails with my server. I found Pepipost to be really helpful here, even going so far as to come on a team viewing session, exploring my site and server to make sure everything was in order. Their live chat is great, they go above and beyond in answering my questions, and reacting quickly to situations. I am now on a paid plan and have around 3000 emails a day being processed.
