What do you like best about PCRecruiter? My team likes the ability to customize the fields, rollups and profiles which allows us to tailor our database to fit our needs and make us more efficient. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? I love how the tools can be modified to the company needs and able to access it everywhere. The capture tools that make to us recruiter in absorbing all the candidate's information to the database. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? What do you like best about PCRecruiter? I like the "parse" tool the best. I don't have to input each value (first, last name, phone number, email, etc.) manually. It finds it and puts it in the right place for me (most of the time). What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? It's behind the times. I've never noticed anything different with any of the "updates" it has.
