What do you like best? The ease of use, user friendly and the variety of database What do you dislike? Norhing much but would be better if I could have resumes based on industry What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruitment from all over the world. It also helps with business development and activity tracking. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? It is easy to learn the basics until you get into the more beefy aspects of the system. It allows free-form titles and keyword search. The system we switched to was very rigid and there was no keyword search to help you find the right people. They provide free webinars to help you learn aspects of the system. The rollups allow us to keep hot/available candidates visible by clicking 2 things...and you are looking at the list. The bulk email feature is ...

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Help/Training people are wonderful. System is way bigger than my previous system, so lots to learn. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Great customer service and training. Integration with Linked and other formats work seamlessly. Excellent tool to not solely being at LinkedIn mercy for search tools and metadata. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? The speed could be faster which would lead to more productivity for staff members. Also more customization with colors on the templates would be helpful to highlight information.
