What do you like best? The ease of use, user friendly and the variety of database What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is easy to learn the basics until you get into the more beefy aspects of the system. It allows free-form titles and keyword search. The system we switched to was very rigid and there was no keyword search to help you find the right people. They provide free webinars to help you learn aspects of the system.
