What do you like best? Drag and drop features full pipeline options What do you dislike? the search feature isn't user friendly I'd like the dashboard to show candidates in play and not just active reqs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As long as you keep daily notes and move candidates timely into correct status, it's a great organizational tool. It's helpful to get real time data.

I also like that the training sessions are downloaded so I can review them as needed for help. Also, Stacy emails me back promptly when I have a question. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The team at PCRecruiter is very helpful. They continue to add to and update the program to continue to meet our needs. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? Nothing stands out as something we dislike. What problems is PCRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? We manage a 60000 candidate and client database. We have an exceptional custom coding system that shortens the time to fill for our clients.

"User Friendly ATS Tool"

What do you like best? The ease of moving candidates through the pipelines. I also like the PCR Capture tool that aides in adding candidates to the system directly from LinkedIn. What do you dislike? The system has a hard time completing searches that have too many parameters in the criteria. In order to complete the full search you have to start more generalized and place in a rollup to refine further. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

"User-friendly, easy to work with."

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The basic functions of the software are made for efficiency, not bells and whistles. Also, the people at MST/PCR are easy to work with if you have a problem or need training. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter?
