With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.
pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.
Unlike some competitors, pCloud’s zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.

Good offer but severe hiccups
Generally, pCloud is a good offer but there are still considerable hiccups:* Corrupted a file during sync (a simple .txt file created worth Windows' Notepad), the corrupted file contained personal identifiable information such as my name, other software installed on my computer, and tonnes of cryptic text -- pCloud's support was of zero help on this issue and between the lines admitted that this can happen, perhaps while updating the desktop app and having files open during the process -- ...

One of the best cloud service
One of the best cloud service, quick and fast - and simple.Moreover : customer service and support is very helpful and quick to solve any questions. I had some troubleshooting at the beginning with my email : they fixed it immediately!We wait the subtitles function in the video media player!

super responsive customer service.
super responsive customer service.i emailed about a complicated issue and they responded within less than 10 minutes. in general this service / company is a really good "neutral" cloud offering compared to the tech giants google apple etc that try to force their products on you. pcloud is pretty up front about the costs and what you are getting, no hidden bells and whistles. i highly recommend this company for digital privacy in our interconnected world.

It does the job... sometimes
Initially I gave pCloud two stars rating but after they flagged the review below I'm giving it a one star rating for trying to cover up their customers' negative experiences. J'ai fait l'acquisition de la version Lifetime, pour partager des fichiers avec des clients (nombreux).J'ai rencontré un problème de partage de liens avec mot de passe.Le support technique a été très réactif par mail, pour trouver la solution à mon problème, après des échanges sur plusieurs jours. Bonjour, Je maintiens mes 5 étoiles pour pCloud qui est extraordinaire. J’ai réédité mon premier message en tenant compte des réponses du SAV à mes questions.
