Five Star Service From pCloud…
I recently experience a technical problem with my pCloud app on my desktop. I contacted pCloud and Stefan attended to my problem with an email guide assisting me in solving my problem. The service I received from Stefan, was prompt and professional. Real five star service from pCloud.

Great cloud services!
The cloud is far even I use Europe server in the US. I by mistake subscribed the "Extended File History 1 Year" and would like to cancel and refund it according to their 10-days money back guarantee policy. So, I contacted the customer support, and they reply offering the refund almost insanely. So far, I am really impressed with their services. Recommended!

Very useful service for synchronizing…
Very useful service for synchronizing very important documents between a host/security-backup computer, a mobile phone and a notebook.A minor problem with starting up at system startup has be resolved quickly, thanks to Mr. Stefan of pCloud's support service.

Problem resolved by pcloud
I had a problem with my pcloud account and got in touch with customer support via facebook and then e-mail. Everything was sorted out and pcloud customer service was quick to reply my e-mails. My issue was sorted the next day. Going for the 2TB lifetime plan.

Good service, few things missing
Pros:- Lifetime subscription option, possibility to upgrade with another 500GB or 2TB if needed- Speed of upload/download- User friendly and understandable interface- Windows integration (drive letter P:), but this can be dangerous if used as backup solution, as it is easily accessible and the protection of the data is just behind google authentication- good support- automatic backup of mobile phone camera photos and videosCons:- photos and videos from mobile devices uploaded to pCloud and ...

Fantastic support and service!
I purchased a pCloud account a few months ago and have been very pleased. Recently there was an issue where I was editing excel files with Google sheets on my Android device. I communicated with Stefan in tech support and he provided excellent follow up and support to resolve the issue. Fantastic product and service!

There is no support don't wanna answer my question and don't wanna a refund, and their drive so bad get stuck every time don't wanna even get share link after while it gets after getting so stuck

to be honest pCloud is the best one…
to be honest pCloud is the best one compare to other clouds I experienced, very good support and reliable softwareof course it still needs some more improvements specially when there are too many files are going to be synced, but in general it is quite OK
