I bought 3 x 10 paysafe vouchers…

I bought 3 x 10 paysafe vouchers yesterday. I went home and was able to imput 2 and it blocked me from entering the 3rd one. Now my account is blocked. Reading the reviews now I am worried because they don't reply to my email. It should be a simple matter to unblock. Why is it taking so long and to have no response is concerning. I will amend my review when/if this is resolved to my satisfaction. Used it fine up to now.

Refund nightmare

Refund nightmare Never use this scammer again. I got a PIN code shopping instead of a voucher and they won’t refund on my card I used. Instead they want me to fill in a form with all my details ( data collection then) and pay a £6 fee on top of that!!

BESAFE don't ever use PAYSAFE!

Made me pay 6 pound after I changed my mind to use them and wanted my 11 pound I deposited back! Left me with 5 pound. Criminal!

Pay safe blocked my account with 150 euros...Customer support dosent answering,there is no live agent also....Very bad experience! My Paysafe account id : 195806101808 10.06.2024 Still nothing resolved 11.06. still nothing 13.06. Still nothing fixed 14.06. Nothing 16.06.I send bank details 4 days ago,still nothing 17.06. Scam!!!! My account was blocked because I had charged 150 eur, and paysafe claimed that I had not paid that, so either I had to pay 150eu back or proof of my payment with my bank account. So I emailed back that I had paid with PROOF of payment, no answer... In the meantime I have sent 10mails with my proof,, STILL NO ANSWER! I had used a different email address, I got an immediate answer, I replied that it was about that 1st account and no answer anymore+! But in the meantime my account has ...

They on my name account have legally I broke no rules paid cash for voucher cctv at petrol station all legal blocked me not refunded said weird fraud some type so I just use 8 accounts one been blocked here one issue got them exactly back no better way proving point fools wow

Purchased 2 $100 vouchers

Purchased 2 $100 vouchers. One 16 digit pin worked the other did not. Tried emailing copies of the vouchers to different email addresses and ringing with but no response. Very upset to loose $100 for nothing.
