They raid bank accounts without permission.Criminals.

Doesn’t seem very legit

I am going to give up and close this paysafe account. Only just opened it and there’s no way to top it up but it needs money on it to be able to order a paysafe card and pay an £8 fee. No where can l find out how to do it. Keeps asking for a 16 digit PIN which l don’t have and no where sells paysafe cards. Their list of local retailers do not sell the cards. I am not keen to just have a barcode generated and load up a card to god knows where. Too dodgy for my liking.

Horror story mental breakdown

So my experience with this is not so great and let me tell you why : So I got gifted 2 vouchers from a friend, I live in Norway, I gave them as a present further to my mother.. She lives in Romania... Neteller customer id 158125904Silver vip neteller account got closed... literally 2 lakhs of Indian rupees is stuck..... neteller team is not solving the problem internally they give the same reason your bank statement is not accepted....hence refund is not possible this is the final decision....I am seeing lots of people complaining about the same issue about neteller....they are literally stealing everyone's money..... neteller is becoming scam of 2021 year.....I request the parent ...

PAYSAFE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WHICH SCAMMED ME WITH 8000$ AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HANG UP ON MY FACE EVERY TIME I CALLED. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUT TRASH. I WISH THEY WOULD DISSAPPEAR SO THEY DON'T SCAM ANYONE

I recommend everyone to make official complain to Irish Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau (fspo.ie) against Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited. Don't let them steal your money without a fight.And no, they don't contact you directly, it's automated message without any truth in it

This company is disloyal and not a great customer service. They fore you in 3 year contracts and put all the responsibility on you not their reps who they engaged and who represent them. Their activities are bluntly bordering illegality. Stay away from them.
