Address changed causes locked account
PayPal has locked my account because of an address change. I have now sent in the documents requested (credit card statement with new address, drivers license with new address) more than a dozen times. Each time these are rejected without explanation. I tried calling but the wait time was between three and five hours. Absolutely the worst.

Nel mese di novembre 2020 sono stato vittima di una truffa effettuata sul sito paypal. Mi è stato sottratto un importo di circa 3800 euro da parte di un tizio che si faceva spedire il materiale che acquistava con i miei soldi a Westerburg Germany. Jeg har brukt paypal av og til over…
Jeg har brukt paypal av og til over flere år. Først nå har det oppstått et problem med siste kjøp gjort over nett og jeg skulle kontakte paypals kundeservice. De svarer ikke noen av henvendelsene. Jeg stengte paypal kontoen min og skal ikke bruke dem igjen, jeg stoler ikke på at de kan håndtere pengene mine igjen, skulle noe galt skje med betalingen er det ikke mulig å få kontakt med dem.

If they had a zero rating it would be that, awful New method of stealing moneyI put something for sell on ebay and a buyer paid for and next day before delivery called me and ask for refund and I did.ebay charged me with fees and paid back but paypal charged me and when I ask them for refund the fee .they answer me on our new policy we don't payback the fees.can you believe that?

Som så många andra: vilka idioter PayPal är. För att logga in måste jag verifiera via telefon, sms eller telefonsamtal, men jag har bytt telefon och kan inte logga in för att byta telefonnummer. Ingen hjälp på någon sida och ingen kontakt. F-ck PayPal säger jag bara....Owe

Ti fanno perdere soldi e se ne lavano le mani. Effettuato un pagamento da un sito italiano e loro me lo hanno addebitato in sterline perché , giustamente se dovevo pagare in euro con una carta prepagata sulla quale ho depositato degli euro , loro hanno convertito da euro in sterline con un tasso di M** (non quello attuale del mercato) per poi essere riconvertiti in euro sulla mia carta.

Paypal are very hard to contact and when you do get through to someone they cannot help you. I cannot access my account because my phone number has changed, but I cannot update it because I cant log in.
