Den dårligste support jeg har oplevet. At få hjælp er som at snakke med en kummefryser. Jeg skulle aldrig have sat penge ind på min konto. Jeg kan hverken få dem ud eller betale med dem da min konto er "begrænset". Og jeg kan ikke få hjælp til at fjerne begrænsningen.

Hemskt företag

Det var helt ok för flera år sedan men nu är det absolut det sämsta företaget någonsin, man kan inte logga in om man har ett gammalt mobilnummer registrerat, dem har absolut INGEN kundtjänst så att nå dem är helt omöjligt- ingen chatt, inget fungerande telefonnummer och inte ens en e-mailadress. Man kan inte heller avsluta sitt konto då man inte har åtkomst till sitt konto längre och inget sätt att fixa det. Uruselt!

Har vart en hyggligt nöjd kund hos Paypal men då har alla transaktioner gått via Ebay och där det gått fel alltid löst sig via Ebay, men en direkt kontakt med Paypal det var en annan femma helt värdelösa, kan bara hålla med dem som tidigare skrivit. Har försökt lämna Paypal men de påstår bara "Ett fel har uppstått, försök igen senare" vilket skräp.Så jag fyller i att detta företag är klart oseriöst.

Company held indifinetly a refund from a transaction which was made using the same account 28 days earlier for a service which I did not like. Their rational is that I must provide a tracking number for whatever I sold and then wait 21 days to get my money. Well, I did not sell anything to provide a tracking number, so even the 21 days as absurd as it is replaced by infinity. It was a refund.
