För att avsluta kontot måste jag logga in på kontot vilket inte går uppenbarligen. För att chatta måste jag skapa ett konto, men jag vill ju avsluta inte skapa mera konton. 0 STARSABSOLUTE SCAM, I HAVE EVIDENCE OF FRAUD AND I WASNT ALLOWED TO ADD IT TO MY CASE. THEY HAVE DECIDED IN THE SELLERS FAVOUR WHEN I CAN PROVE IN BLACK AND WHITE THERE WAS A SCAM. Took 150 from vulnerable, grieving single mum.
They withheld £150 despite knowing i am vulnerable, a single mother and that I had a funeral to fund! Made two transfers from my bank to PayPal. First being 150.Second being 50.Only 50 showed in my balance. The bank did a payment trace and found that it had reached PayPal. PayPal then admitted that they were at fault but requested I wait until an investigation is to be completed. This first happened November 14th. It is now December 18th. Habe meine Ware 2 Tage nach erhalt…
Habe meine Ware 2 Tage nach erhalt bezahlt. Habe aus unerklärlichen Gründen den Betrag 4 Tage später zurücküberwiesen bekommen, hatte dies leider nicht erkannt. Nun wurde ich mit Erinnerungen pompadiert, die ich natürlich ignoriert habe. Nach nachfragen bei PayPal wie nun das Proplem zu lösen ist, keinerlei Antwort. Ich werde bei keinem Händler mehr kaufen, der PayPal als Zahlungsart angibt.

Avoid PayPal if you want any Customer Service
I recently signed up for PayPal and sent some money to my daughter last night. It was a small amount because I was uncomfortable with the new process. It worked just fine. Today I tried to send the remaining gift to her and the transaction was denied. I tried to contact customer service, which is a joke, don't even try to call them. Fick ett mail alldeles nyss att jag blivit debiterad 100 kr pga inaktivt konto. Känner mig helt lurad. Hade ingen aning om detta. Känns så otroligt fult att inte ge någon som helst förvarning om detta. Kommer aldrig använda tjänsten igen.

They used to be a great service
They used to be a great service the consumer could relay on, now they are just a terrible service that cares more about protecting the vendors than the buyer. Stopped using them completely

Paypal sides with scammer
After 2 months of fighting with a seller that sold me blacklisted keys I lodged it with the resolution team, PayPal in there wisdom's are siding with the seller even after providing screenshots of the errors. The reasoning, the product was delivered, well not much good to me if it doesn't work. I thought I was getting buyers protection using PayPal sadly it seems I'm mistaken. I think PayPal are a disgrace
I think PayPal are a disgrace. They offer no customer support. They do not treat customers with respect or decency. They do not answer questions asked but ones they want to answer. They ignore clear evidence proving they could and should support claims. They think they are too big to care or to fail. Many better companies than them have learned that once on the slippery slope of terrible customer service there is no way back. They may be convenient to use but learn from my experience . If ...
