Untrustworthy and full of scams. Never will be using again after some scum bag got into my account. Will only be on venmo now. There’s no protection from them.

The 2020 year showed more online purchasing probably in history. It also showed that scammers are well aware of how to scam. Unfortunately PayPal's archaic means of disputing claims only hurts customers.If you are going to connect an account to PayPal, I suggest using a debit or credit card and not your checking account and routing number. If you have to dispute, the bank may be limited in refunding you since this is an ACH transaction.I will only use PayPal in the future to pay my home ...

PayPal is not a worthy, Zero Customer service
PayPal is not a worthy company to do transactions with.I highly recommend any other form of payment.As there is no customer service, I mean zero with PayPal. Take time to read reviews and if you choose to do business with PayPal then you are gambling with your money. You think they are reputable? No they are far from reputable. Also PayPal continues to work with fraudulant sites and sellers and knowingly does so. Use another form of payment, PayPal is worthless

Terrible service from PayPal
Terrible service. I used to be really pleased with PayPal but not any more. I can’t login to my account as they want to verify me by sending a text to my mobile. We don’t have any mobile signal so that is not possible. When I phone they cannot/will not help me. I was put through to a manager but it was just a recorded message.I have money on my account which I can’t access!Don’t use PayPal!!

High new fee without informing customers
Added a €10 inactivity fee without consent nor information to customers. I was not affected by this myself due to subscriptions, but had to boycott to take a stance against blatant criminal activity.
