I disputed 2 claims with Paypal

I disputed 2 claims with Paypal. The process of doing so is confusing and frustrating. Items were not AT ALL as buyer advertised. Tried to get a refund on both. They closed the first transaction without any resolution. On the second they wanted me to get some kind of OFFICIAL paperwork (police report, USPS etc.) In other words the onus was ON ME. I will not use them again if I can possibly help it. VERY BAD experience.

Stay away will break your heart

They flagged a legitimate transaction so as a result they got rid of my checking account. Gave them two days to fix it they wouldn't after about using them for 20 years I cancelled.I will be honest this is the longest relationship I ever had except for my first credit card I got from Bank of America. After 20 years with PayPal as a loyal…

After 20 years with PayPal as a loyal customer I may shut my acct down. I got scammed couple weeks ago twice. PayPal refunded me for the first one but not the second. I’m out 46$. Someone buying a streaming gaming points online overseas. Pisses me off they closed my case.
