Escroc à la solde des vendeurs

Item not delivered and PayPal does not read claim

I order a wheelbarrow tub from Italy in beginning of November and paid by PayPal and by the 17 November and after not receiving it, the company said it was being returned to them after I chased them on a number of times. They asked if I want money back or resend, so wanted resent. After chasing for a further month, as the company said it would take 10 days to get to me. Impossible to deal with

PayPal locked my account over 3 years ago. I was told they needed to verify my identity. I have sent them all the forms and information they have requested. After 3 years of them giving me the run around, my account is still locked with over $6000 in it. I feel they are going to force me to file a lawsuit before they'll unlock my account.

There is clearly a scam going on and…

There is clearly a scam going on and PayPal are allowing to happen. This is the fourth time I have been a victim of it and paypal are protecting the scammers instead of me. The latest is a collection of mixed makeup and brushes costing $29 all that arrived was a small sponge costing less then $1 .... paypal have said i can have my money back but first I have to send the unwanted item back at my cost ..... the problem is I have done this before and paypal closed the case in the sellers ...

Don't think you are protected using…

Don't think you are protected using PayPal because you are not they do not help you as a customer. I purchased a coat for my wife from a online retailer called light in the box the coat arrived over a month later with some teeth missing from the zip. They said send it back to China which I would have to pay for and only then would they refund me. Raised a grievance with PayPal. And they did not want to know. Beware paypal!!

PayPal are a disgrace.I had a faulty item I purchased on ebay with seller who refused to return.I opened a dispute and contacted eBay who also opened a case up.Case on eBay found in my favour they told me they would refund me so I cancelled the dispute in PayPal.When I did not receive payment from eBay I contacted eBay who told me that they closed the case as I had had a dispute opened in PayPal.Paypal told me that I had closed the case with them and would not reopen.I am now left with a ...

Don't use PayPal, there are many Safer Alternatives...

PayPal has no internal service standards for resolving issues on specific time-frames. They keep personal data, without any specific time frames on when they will delete the data, in blatant violation of GDPR. They do not close accounts despite an instruction given to them by the customer, exposing the customer to cyber risks and violating the customer's basic right to open and close accounts.
