For years I have stood behind Paypal as a convenient service but as everything else in 2020, they've dropped the ball. I got sent a crap product from Wish and of course as the product description wasn't accurate I wanted to send it back. The company only wanted to give me 10%, I refused. Froze my account without notice

Paypal froze my account because they were "missing information". They request a whole bunch of documents which is going to take hours to assemble. I'm sure I provided the bunch of documents when I created the account in the first place.My main concern is that I was given no warning beforehand. I was informed first after the account was frozen. I had my mobile telephone number ported to Tesco Mobile fraudulently and with the SCAMMERS set up a Credit Account on my PayPal Account and bought a camera and had it posted to an address in London and I live in Staffordshire.HOW CAN/DID PayPal LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!

Uno schifo.

Metterei 0 stelle, ma è impossibile purtroppo. Assistenza da fare schifo e continua a dare problemi ogni volta che devo effettuare un pagamento mi dà errore e ho riprovato più e più volte e non mi fa nemmeno aggiornare i dati della carta per pagare. Vergogna, dovrebbero farlo fallire perché fa veramente schifo come 'servizio' se tale si può chiamare.

PayPal - useless in a dispute

Am so shocked at the PayPal reviews, but equally reassured they I am not the only one who has suffered at their hands. I opened a case as items I had ordered through OnBuy failed to arrive (until nearly a month after they had been promised and too late for a Christmas present). They fobbed me off for nearly 3 weeks, before finding in the sellers favour as the items had (finally) arrived.Company should be closed down.

Customer service representatives do not do their job

They closed my account after 15 years

They closed my account after 15 years, as I had issues with a game that werent delivering the items, and as I opened up disputes to retrieve my money (which I had every right), they decided to close my account. Paypal scammers. Paypal should be shut down!
