Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. PayPal is a huge joke I’ve sold many things through PayPal. Problem resolution is abismal. I use it as little as possible which is a great pity because when it works it is very convenient.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! I paid £15 for the amazing water ball, all i got was a tiny balloon, filed a claim but paypal went with this company from china, i complained then paypal limited my acc & held my balance of £198, been trying to sort it since april, during this pandemic it seems paypal has been holding quite a few acc, no doubt gaining £1000's in interest! Customer service is the worst ever,

Disgusting company and service

I wouldn't give these crooks even 1 star, but there is no option! Be careful if you buy something in foreign currency! If the item doesn't arrive and you will get your money refunded it will be less, due to different rate of converting it back !Happened to me on several occasions, what I got back was some 8% less to what I originally paid!! How the hell is that fair to a buyer ? I didn't get my item and less money back! Money down the drain!! When contacted paypal , they are just going in ...

Absolute joke

Absolute joke, I had a dispute over damaged patio set I had to return with promise of refund.After month without refund I raised a dispute.Although the company were bang to rights PayPal knocked me back.I appealed, Inc photos of damage, message is sent them and again was knocked back on the grounds that " my billing dispute didn't match their qualification for billing dispute ".I decided to send one last strong demand to the company asking where my refund is. 5 mins later they mailed me to ...

AVOID AT ANY COST

Paypal is not good for buyer. their policy is soft towards the seller. they don't investigate/look at any provided evidence that seller running scams.Chat service is completely useless. never received any useful response.
