What do you like best? The best thing I like about PayPal is that if you by mistake end up paying for a scam, PayPal helps us revoke the payment, they help you recover the money. PayPal should be renamed ThiefPal

PayPal should be renamed ThiefPal. When a merchant sells an item they charges a fee, fair enough. However, if the sale is canceled within an hour by the customer, PayPal charges the merchant a second fee to process the refund. Therefore, on $400 sale that gets canceled, PayPal makes $37 for doing nothing!! Poor response from Paypal on refund

I filed a claim with paypal that i did not receive an item shipped from CHINA after 3 months. the shipper admitted in an email that my items were lost.Paypal keeps delaying their resolution each week, it is set back another week, and i am tired of waiting for my refund, which i assume will have to come from Paypal.i keep putting in contact complaints as to why it is taking them so long when they already know i am NOT getting my items that I paid $39.88 that they were lost by the shipper. ...

Would rate -10 if possible. Don't stand behind you against sellers.I ordered a dress took 2 months to get here. Shrunk up so small would maybe guy small child. Company offered 14$ on 36$ and I had to go through all kinds of BS to send back. Shipping was 12$ not mentioned until after sale.I will never use them again and spread the word how bad they are.Better off just using my credit card. Do not use PayPal

Do not use PayPal, it is useless, they will not back you up if you get scammed. I have an open dispute for a item I’ve never received and PayPal keeps postponing the date of the resolution of the case, it’s been already 3 months. There is no customer service. Why can’t they answer phone calls? Do you get covid 19 over the phone? Don’t let PayPal use your money. I might loose $70 but i will warn everyone not to use PayPal

Paypal refused to refund me my funds for 10 days for no reason.

Paypal managed my payment on Airbnb. When Airbnb refunded me instantly Paypal held onto my money for 10 working days for no reason other than they were legally able to do so. I will strongly advise against using Paypal to anyone moving forward. DO NOT USE PAYPAL IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

Absolutely horrible. PayPal is a huge joke I’ve sold many things through PayPal.
