Klantenservice medewerkers zijn volgens mij te dom om te poepen. Ze begrijpen helemaal niks van je problemen of dingen die ze op moeten lossen. Heel waardeloos dom bedrijf geworden dat PayPal. Heb meerdere keren het probleem uitgelegd krijg elke keer weer hetzelfde domme antwoord. Begint nu erg irritant te worden! Pauper klantenservice kan niks gewoon diep triest voor zo’n bedrijf

I would give them zero stars if I…

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are the worst company I have ever had dealings with. They will take your money at the drop of an hat, but they require all manner of information to get it out of them down to your shoe size and favourite biscuit. One of their customer service team told me to lie and pass myself as a business owner to push through a resolution.

Very dissatisfied

I have had the most frustrating time with this company trying to close account. Over a long period of time, have made innumerable phones calls, unable to access details on the account experienced lack of communication, received contradicting information. The responses I have finally manage to receive, appeared to demonstrate that my concerns had either not been reviewed correctly or dismissed and to top it all the attitude of some of the staff I spoke to was far from desired. EVIL COMPANY RUN BY EVIL EXECUTIVES

A fake buyer on eBay bought my item and when I cancelled the order PayPal charged me "non refundable fees" which are supposed to be covered under PayPal seller protection.Their CEO and board members made almost $1 Billion, that's where your money goes.WHITE COLLAR THEIFS.

Got charged twice

Got charged twice. Their solution? They blamed the merchant even though they were ilegally holding the funds. Their customer service lied to me until I threatened with legal action. Result: Got my money back and they earned a 1 star review.
