They are useless as the wall they stare at. If you have money on your account and not on CC you cant pay anything. hahahaha idio*s ask you to withdraw the money to CC and than use paypal to pay. WHY DOES ANYONE NEEED YOU. you should be shut down

Don't bother using PayPal a safer way to pay my a**ehole disputes are useless take months to reply and they continue to make payments to known scam sites. PayPal protected is bs means nothing much better payment methods I'll never deal with them again.

Riktigt dåligt!Jag har fått in 15 000 kr till mitt konto som paypale med alla medel försöker hindra mig att ta ut genom olika moment 22 krav. Jag ska verifiera adress, när det är gjort ska jag skicka in Id handlingar, när det är gjort måste jag koppla ett betalkort, (jag vill inte handla, jag vill avsluta kontot) när det är gjort måste jag be om en kod till detta kort och betala paypale 15kr för denna kod osv. De har en fin affärside´vägra kunderna ta ut sina pengar så aPaypale kan få ...

Жуть...покупал авиабилеты через них,рейс отменили,компания вернула средства посреднику пайпел,но фишка в том что на момент покупки и конвертации евро было 28Грн а на момент возврата -32грн,так вот курсовая разница составила 50 евро плюсом,но ПайПел сказал что ничего не знаем мы вам перечислили ровно столько сколько вы потратили,,, чистые мошенники...не связывайтесь не а коем случае!!!

I wish 0 star was an option....PayPal take absolutely no responsibility when it comes to almost anything. you can tell that anyone working for their customer services have been trained in how to shift you and your problem onto someone else. I'm out £500 and PayPal will do nothing to help. they're awful. They have the worst customer services I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. if you can find a good (or any) alternative, please do.

They provide NO Buyer Protection !!

Buyer Protection ? No !!Scammed again by another fraudulent seller/company promising 'PayPal Buyer Protection' and they are simply sending and tracking cheap cr@p nonsensical rubbish. On reporting to PayPal the seller insists that the cr@p is sent back via a tracked delivery service, at my expense, to possibly get a refund. The return address is in Chinese and translates to a very vague "middle of main street" address(??)As usual, and as reported by 1000's on PayPal and other forums, PayPal ...
