Awful!!

Awful!!! DONT USE PAYPALMy funds have been stuck! Not able to withdraw and can’t get through to customer service with no replies to messages!!! Don’t know what to do!!!! Worst organisation to deal with!!

To claim is impossible

Found a case in my favour. The vendor wanted the fake goods returned before refund so ai asked if they then ignored the upload would they compensate. Ignored me and then denied the claim. Utter rubbish.

Absolute scam of a company, that exists to benefits scammers, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Do not go through paypal

Do not go through paypal, they do not back you up when they send your money to scammers. It is suppose to be secure and its not. Very disappointed

Don't bother

Don't bother, you have more protection with your bank. I've lost over 50 quid on one issue (I authorised a payment of 30, they took 50 and never sent the item, paypal did sod all other than close my case). I also had an item not arrive... again 4 months and nothing. Ignore all communication and they honestly couldn't care less. There is no buyer protection, I now just use my card and my bank fixes any issues. AVOID

Son un atajo de sinverguezas. Da igual lo que reclames, siempre lo ven todo bien. Pagas un servicio, no te hacen nada, reclamas... y segun los registros de PayPal el servicio esta prestado. Otra mas, compré un clorador salino que no produce sal, pero para paypal esta bien, porque tanto el anuncio como lo que me vendieron a mi, se llama de la misma forma, CLORADOR SALINO. Lo dicho unos sinverguenzas y amparan a los estafadores con resoluciones arbitrarias y sin fundamento alguno. Ya no uso ...

Paypal is for the sellers not the customers

PayPal has denied my claims even when I submit evidence via pictures, videos and stamp dates and times. For me using PayPal to purchase items is pointless I rather use my regular bank account where they will actually review the evidence. I feel PayPal is mor for the sellers than the customers.

Purtroppo anche se dopo questa esperienza sconsiglio vivamente paypal e farò che cancellare l'account , Dopo di me' altri 10 nuovi utenti cominceranno ad usarlo, ma è solo una questione di tempo che anch'essi capiti di avere bisogno delle garanzie pubblicizzate da paypal e di ricredersi tristemente che la società con sede all'estero non offre alcuna ragionevole garanzia in termini di tutela dell'acquisto e della vendita.Sono stato truffato su un sito ormai non più esistente honhores.com il ...

Conto bancario disassociato da paypal

Dopo quasi un anno di utilizzo di paypal mi ritrovo il conto bancario non più associato al mio profilo e senza riuscire ad riassociarlo. Alla mia banca risulta ancora attive le credenziali paypal. Non riesco avere alcuna risposta dal servizio clienti paypal. Boh? Nel dubbio disattivo tutto.
