I thought I was purchasing a Nest doorbell camera. Since I wasn't familiar with the company selling the item, I thought I'd use Paypal.My understanding was, Paypal was a secure way to make a purchase. That turned out to be a lie. I made the purchase in May, and became suspicious when the website vanished. I immediately informed Paypal, and submitted a claim.I was told I had to wait for the package to ship, to be certain I had been scammed.The package arrived, and it didn't contain a Nest ...

very easy method to get or use money

What do you like best? I like that I can just log on to PayPal if I want to order anything from a site that has this as an option. What do you dislike? That there's a fee when trying to instantly transfer your money from your account. But the fee isn't too much compared to others. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PayPal has made it easier to have money sent to me and being able to transfer it to my account or just leave it ...

nightmare to deal with

do not use Paypal, they are a nightmare to deal with... no one will answer a telephone, and online communication takes forever... I have an issue that has been going on for over a week now, it's a message per day as they are so slow in replying. all instructions they have given so far have failed to resolve this issue. Just arranged for Worldpay to be our website payment gateway. Do not use Paypal for you website payment gateway.

Awful organisation powerless to helpif u get scammed. Take weeks to reply to messages and then give u no time to reply before closing disputes. Account closed will never use again. As dodgy as the scanners themsekves

Beware of PayPal it is not what it is…

Beware of PayPal it is not what it is made out to be . I have opened disputes on items I have not received but nothing has been done . Two disputes have been closed without reason and no result on the third . I am now reporting these sellers to Facebook as being scams . I don’t hold out much hope but I will stop using PayPal , trust in the power of law or perhaps I will now go to trading standards .

Pitiful pathetic PayPal

Unless it's a question an infant could answer I recommend you don't waste your time.Unless it's on their script they haven't a clue. I foolishly wasted a lot of time and effort with these imbeciles and then the penny dropped....They use English names if you get my drift. Paypal is a pitiful business,a necessary evil unfortunately if you want to use eBay.

Semplicemente una vergogna. Non esiste più l'assistenza telefonica con la scusa del coronavirus. Via chat rispondono operatori stranieri che non sanno neanche scrivere correttamente in italiano e non offrono alcun supporto utile. Pena e schifo!
