Terrible customer service

If you run into any issues with your account expect to have the worst customer service. You will never talk to a human being. The chat and phone number support will be a robot. It will give you generic answers that provide no help. If you have issues, the robot will just tell you to go to their help page and find the issue. There is no one that will address your issue. I have done business with PayPal and have used them as my single payment processor and order shipment label generator for my website since 2013. My website the sells ONLY eCig coils and on Sept. 15, PayPal revoked all my privileges WITHOUT WARNING.
