We have a business account through them and so far we have been locked out after changing passwords for security, unable to access funds that representatives have told us should be available, had reps tell us that money was on one card but it was actually on another and to top it all off they keep saying they cannot verify our identity on one account even though we caan verify it for the other which was setup with the exact same information. Every times for trying disputed from paypal .But got no responding and never solving the problem .It's meant you can disputed a merchant SCAMMED or COUNTERFEIT product then you will be loser .paypal customer service not going to stand by your side anymore .

PayPal Terrible customer service

Paypal has turned into a terrible service. I used to use on a personal level and starting using for one of my businesses to process orders. They decided to start putting my funds on hold for no good reason after first $1,000 each month. We have had no customer complaints or issues and they are still holding money from an order already processed and received. This is not good business stay away from them and find another platform to take payments.

Always charging money randomly. Have put me into overdraft although I haven’t used any money to purchase anything. And have been holding my money for weeks. Not recommended at all.

Wow. When I wanted to leave a review about PayPal on line, I never guessed how bad their reviews were - and I am just piling on. Ordered something and used PayPal. The item never arrived, so I called the merchant (overstock.com) to cancel the order. They gave me the runaround, but waited an additional week. Really!I had something like 70$ on my PayPal balance and one day they just closed my account, I just hadn't any way to log in or contact customer service, because you must log in to contact them. PayPal sides with fraudulent companies like Bestkca. Bestkca is a Chinese scam company that has only negative reviews on trustpilot. I fell for their garden lights scam, too, only because they were working with PayPal and I thought I’m protected. Once I opened a dispute they postponed their resolution up to 80 days and I was on holiday abroad when I finally got the ‘send the items back to China and we’ll refund you’ resolution.
