How do they stay in business? I was sent $13.49 by a buyer of a trinket. Yes, that's right - thirteen dollars. After PAYPAL held the funds for weeks and weeks, I asked for the money to be transferred, and was told that there's a "security" hold on the funds, and that I'll get them when their "investigation" is completed. No sirve para nada

Recibí un producto defectuoso de China, valor 100 euros. Més de Agosto, PayPal no me dice nada vacaciones.. y despues sólo me da 10 dias para devolver Yo la mercancia.(cosa k ya me dijo el proveedor) Eso me costava 80 euros.Total que he perdido 100 euros y anulado la cuenta de PayPal.

Terrible service

Terrible service, payed £2370 and when refunded I was charged £110 by PayPal after a phone call stating that I wouldn’t be charged at all.When trying to speak to anyone it’s been made as awkward as possible and no one seems to have a clue with what’s going on.3 weeks later and not even managed to listen to the phone call yet.

Paypal appalling service.

I contacted paypal as I was scammed and wanted help on a getting back my money. Paypal in a nutshell said it was down to me to try and get the money back. Eventually I got the money back by strongly worded email and threatening with police action etc. PayPal did not help once, I've lost faith in what I thought was a good company. I will looking at new ways of payment in the future. Terrible is the word. Think twice before you do anything, as paypal are absolutely useless.

Servizio clienti pessimo

Do due stelle per il servizio clienti. Fino a quando non si hanno problemi è un buon servizio, comodo e pratico da utilizzare. Ma ho avuto dei problemi sul ricevere dei rimborsi, sono stato una settimana a parlare via messaggio con gli operatori e alla fine non ho risolto il problema ed ho perso i soldi dei rimborsi

PayPal Acts In-Charge

PayPal Acts In-Charge There is no way a company can hold your funds of any type of payment. Maybe with a new account... sure I agree. As a user of PayPal for 5+ years they STILL to this day take your money away. My worst experience where they held $2000 for 165 days. Its seriously dodgy and is not worth it. Don’t get me started on the fees or the brain dead call centre customer service. Please, if possible, do not sell/buy with PayPal.

Hide away, with no way of calling them. Dealing with mainly incompetent bankers in a cave who take money off you one they have your details. Totally crooked. The FCA should close them down. Steer clear!!
