I recently started receiving my money…

I recently started receiving my money back from Jet 2 because my holiday was cancelled a small amount of the money was paid back through Paypal... But PayPal insist they haven't got it but Jet 2 have proof that PayPal have acknowledged receipt of it... I can't get any sense out of their assistants only that i keep going back and forth from one to another and still no money... THE WORST Customer Service

I'm not able to get a hold of anyone in regards to restoring my account. They are saying there are limitations that I need to fix but there's no way of getting a hold of an actual person who can assist. Their message center is a joke. Absolutely not helpful. I tried closing my account out of frustration but I can't even do that!

I have made chat messages with them and…

I have made chat messages with them and it take them a day or 2 to respond back. When you call the customer service they tell you to do a chat and will respond back in a couple of hours, not true. After I receive my money, I will be closing this account. The customer service is horrible in trying to get answers or speak with someone.

June 19/20 i bought nest doorbell and…

June 19/20 i bought nest doorbell and paid using paypal.i never received the merchandise,i recover the money with my bank help,but for some reason paypal report this situation to the credit agency and $150000 home equity loan has been stoped bc this.i contacted paypal(after 2 weeks trying to have some answers)and theY made it worst,they charge on my cc again,and said there is nothing they can do!HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!

I got scammed from a Facebook sale…

I got scammed from a Facebook sale .never received my item.When I tried getting pay pal to assist they just ignored me.I had to write to them multiple times for a response .It took them six months to reply me and by then the scammer is already off the radar .I just closed my account with them.There is no need to waste time with them.
