Paypal is for Scammers

Paypal use to be my favourite payment method. Thats untill they completely screwed me over. They let someone get 3 refunds over 300.00 each without question or asking me what happend. I told them i was getting fraud department involved and they say I had to wait 30 days to solve the refund dispute. The next day they had refunded the money without looking into it. the last refund they did was a month later than the original transaction and they still refunded it next day. Its pathetic ...

Why does PayPal still exist?

This company is one of the most frustrating companies to deal with, they will leave you smashing your head against the wall, impossible customer service, extremely long refund periods that are mind boggling. Need to change your personal information? Better luck next time not even the proper documentation is enough to do so. I've never had to deal with a company so infuriating as PayPal, they are simply one of the worst companies out there.

I'm a business seller

I'm a business seller, one of my websites sells CBD oil, this accounts for two product listings out of thousands. Without any warning Paypal have suspended my account as they say I'm violating their terms of service. Truly awful

Truly awful Held on to my payment for a sale on eBay despite being with them for many years and never had an issue with me. Purely because a mobile phone was sold. I sold the phone to receive money in a tricky month, now I have to wait until the buyer responds and updates paypal. Even had an agent accuse me of sending it 10 miles from where it was supposed to be delivered, despite me sending it to the advised address on eBay!

I was easily scammed via PayPal

I was scammed via PayPal. I sold a credit note for a retail store via eBay. The buyer contacted me on WhatsApp and paid me on PayPal. After using the credit note online, the buyer disputed the PayPal transaction as "unauthorized" and won, despite my evidence. What on Earth is "unauthorized" and why is this so easy for the scammer?
