Servizio terribile e costosissimo. Sarà anche un pagamento sicuro ma sinceramente é un servizio che oramai già tutti i pagamenti tracciati con carta danno. Macchinoso, tempi di ricezione denaro che durano anche un mese, commissioni altissime oltre che sull utilizzo del servizio anche sul trasferimento del denaro sul conto. The Worst Company EVER

I had returned an item to China During the covid 19 lockdowns, provided tracking number and all., In paypal chats i was told that they will close my case until more tracking info came back because china had blocked all shipping in and out of the country, i was told that the case can be re opened at least 4 if the 5 times i re contacted someone at paypal via their message center, and i also told not to reopen the case until the tracking info was updated complete or i could lose the case ...

Lunedì 21 settembre ricevo una mail da Paypal che mi conferma un pagamento di € 896,64 per l'acquisto di un Garmin. Acquisto che io non ho assolutamente fatto, mando subito segnalazione a Paypal, la quale risponde, dopo pochi giorni, che è stato fatto un accurato controllo e che la transazione non è risultata non autorizzata. Useless company

I filed a complaint because the product was not as advertised and I was receiving no response from them. PayPal did not reward me like they led me to believe they would and even though I did everything asked, they let the company get away with false advertising. They did nothing for me that I couldn’t have done myself and were zero help.

Still waiting to get paid after their system screwed up

There system refunded my money back to the buyer because of an account error back in Sept 12, 2020 and now even with the buyers help on confirming delivery of product I'm still being told it could take an additional 21 days before my money will be released 😡I would/will never use PayPal for any selling service again. As soon as my money is released I'll be closing down the account for good! I highly encourage anyone to AVOID PayPal at all costs!
