Terrible Service
Terrible Service. Not helpful at all. Told me to ship a item back and gave me the wrong address to ship to. Really??? Been on hold for over 1 hour trying to get ahold of a live person. If, you think Paypal is going to protect you, think again. They won't.

Non reliable
Made a purchase, the money's out of my bank account. PayPal asks for 14 days!!!! to process my payment which they already took from my bank account.It's nonsense. Don't use. Didn't know the service was so poor.

This company is the biggest SCAMMER in the payment processor business!! I have been using them 7 years on buying things, however when I sold 2 personal items they banned my account for no reasons whatsoever and will hold MY own money for 6 months! "We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement, and therefore we can no longer offer you PayPal services". If you accuse someone at least give them the reason or prove the accusations!! DON'T USE THESE SCAMMERS

Will not look out for the consumet
Very discussed with them I thought they were to help protect the consumer. Have had a dispute with them over an order from Bestthems. Order 2 shovels got one. 2 shovel were 72.00. In order to get a refund for one shovel I have to spend 36.45 to send the shovel back I received. All I wanted was either the Second shovel or the money back for the one I did not get. BESTTHEMS is a China based company who as far as I am concerned stole my money.

Skocking customer service.
Skocking customer service.Put a limitation on my bussiness account and would not help to resolve the issue althought i tried for 2 days.Had to close the account and have to wait for 2 months until I receive my account balance.Very dissapointed.

Absolute WORST customer service, EVER!
Absolute WORST customer service, EVER!Open up a business account, Put a limitation on my business account, and would not help to resolve the issue I have tried to reach an actual person for over a week!!! Nothing, only BS message service that does not do a thing!Trying to close the account and have to wait for at least 2 months until I receive my account balance.ABSURD!!! Do not open a Business Account with them, PERIOD!!!

My garden chairs
My garden chairs, which I paid for in full several months ago, never appeared from China though my money disappeared instantly from my account. Instead some 6 weeks later I received 2 tiny scrappy canvas bags. I was instructed by PayPal to return them , which I did at my own expense, hoping that as a result I would get my money back.
