Skulle ge dom 0 om det var möjligt med tanke på hur icke-existerande deras kundsupport är.Som många andra så har jag inte längre tillgång till mitt telefonnummer då jag flyttat utomlands sedan ett tag tillbaka. PayPal gör det absolut omöjligt att kontaka dem för hjälp utöver bottar och pre-selected problem.Helt oacceptabelt för ett företag som är så pass stort och som hanterar användares pengar att inte kunna ge ordentlig support.14k reviews och 1,2 stjärnor säger en hel del.

Mi son sempre trovata bene, anche quando ho avuto problemi con i venditori ho sempre ricevuto assistenza da pay pal; ho ricevuto il rimborso delle spese di reso nei casi in cui il venditore non lo prevedeva. L'unica cosa che posso dire di "negativo" è che ultimamente non sono riuscita a contattare l'assistenza telefonicamente e ci hanno messo un po' di tempo per rispondere ad un messaggio che avevo loro inviato, ma poi mi hanno aiutato a risolvere tutto per il meglio. Per me ok!

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf..Ik had een aankoop gedaan via ebay en betaald met paypal. Achteraf na aankoop kwam ik er achter dat het product voor mij niet geschikt was. De verkoper bood direct aan om een terugbetaling te doen. Dit gaat dan via paypal terug naar mij. Echter is het lekker bij paypal zelf blijven hangen en had ik na 8 dagen nog steeds niks op mijn rekening terwijl het er met één (beloofde) dag moet zijn. Scam my money

I have sold a bag to a customer and she returned the item after a three month gap, and paypal allows it to refund to her. WTH!!!!!PayPal don’t have any protection to seller, don’t sell on eBay. Ebay and PayPal are together for this. Don’t use PayPal, strongly recommend.

Verkopers bescherming is een lachertje!

Via de voorheen betrouwbare PayPal een verkoop gedaan van een item. Het ging hier om een bedrag van 500+ euro. De koper heeft via PayPal betaald echter heeft de koper aangegeven dat de betaling inclusie lf verzenkosten was. Dit is ook zo besproken.Hierdoor heeft PayPal het bedrag "on hold" gezet tot zij een verzendlabel kregen. Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service After covid, the customer service is minimal to none..they will ignore hang up and block you from reaching them.Paypal is going from bad to worse.Not a safe place, unless you know who you are selling to. They double dip into your bank account,and staff is clueless and not eager to help, they just continue reiterating the company slough.
