suprisingly a totally pathetic company that should die

so perhaps like most people, paypal is convienient, saves time at checkout when you buy online and used it to collect payments selling my old stuff on ebay. Life was fine, no reason to think much about paypal because it has worked like that for many many years. Then I get an email saying my account is permanantly limited and I will no longer be able to get a paypal account, even with a new email id...and the reason for the permenant limitation....who knows? they won't tell you, they wont ...

Worst customer service ever

Paypal offer the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They close accounts for no reason, hold onto money for no reason, have over 2 hours wait time to contact them, have a message centre that slow, rude and unhelpful.Unbelievable that a company can be so arrogant to treat their customers with such contempt. Account closed!

Must pay to get your money

I was receiving money from a class action lawsuit & had it deposited to my Paypal acct because I was told it was the fastest way to receive the money. Well it was deposited to my Paypal acct Oct 29 2020 & it still sits there Paypal NEVER notified me that it had been deposited. When I went to retrieve the money found out Paypal charges you to get your money HUH I went round & round on the Paypal site trying to get my money & the only way to get my money is to "PAY PAYPAL" a fee to get it... SCAM

pay in 4 review, much better to use klarna or afterpay, thought i’d try to use paypal bc i already have bc stupid depop necessitates it; first of all, they added about 4$ for no reason to the actual amount so it went from 86 to 90 to be paid in 4 installments, this was including international shipping, no explanation. then they charged a nonstandard amount (not the amount to be paid in 4) of transaction type authorization, even though the shipping amount was already included in the already ...

Security has big issues

Sick and tired of paypal asking me to change my password because of "unusual activity" , counting at least 30 - 40 times so far... Fingerprint log in is useless, every time I have to change my password and that is every time I open the app the fingerprint log in gets reset.Why? Even when I don't use PayPal for my transaction, when I open the app I am asked to change again and again and again my password😔

Truffatori senza sé e senza ma.

Da un giorno all'altro e senza alcun motivo,bloccano il conto e si trattengono i soldi per 180 giorni. Chiedono documenti su documenti,tu glieli invii e ti confermano il blocco del conto, così,a cacchio. Guardacaso ciò accade se hai del denaro sopra,altrimenti,figurati...Sede legale in Lussemburgo,rispetto delle leggi italiane,zero di zero. Non avendo valide concorrenze,continuano indisturbati ad utilizzare questi metodi mafiosi intollerabili. Degli autentici truffatori made in Lussemburgo.

Kortom afschuwelijk

Kortom afschuwelijk. Al 1 jaar lang zit er 100 euro op een rekening van mij waar ik nooit meer aankan en ze doen er niks aan om het terug te krijgen. 100 euro de goot in.
