Had £2.6K in PayPal for almost 2 years…

Had £2.6K in PayPal for almost 2 years and they are not willing to help me release my funds at all after I’ve provided all information given. Spent hours over the last few months on calls with them and they end up saying that they will get a manager and hang up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever.

Hacía años que usaba Paypal para hacer pagos porque entendía que era un medio más seguro para evitar fraudes y poder decidir si autorizabas o no un pago, dependiendo de si el comprador o prestador de servicios cumplía su obligación contractual. SCHANDALIG SLECHT. Geen klantenservice medewerker per telefoon bereikbaar. Als je problemen niet voorkomen onder de door hen voorgestelde geautomatiseerde opties op de website of aan de telefoon, dan heb je pech. Had eindelijk na veel proberen een doorverbindingsfunctie met een medewerker gevonden, maar ik kreeg direct een automatische melding dat ik niet verder geholpen word. Shame!! Mijn geld zit bij hen vast!!!

Siempre están del lado de los estafadores, en mi caso compré un servicio digital de marketing el cual no fue el producto que vendían, el vendedor no es legal y encima recibí amenazas por su parte debido a que abrí disputa.Yo soy comprador y vendedor y la verdad deja mucho que desear todo esto de Paypal, soy usuario de PayPal desde hace más de 15 años y ya me estoy planteando eliminarlo de mis negocios y de mi uso personal.
