Absolutely trash customer service. Sat on the phone for an hour, just to have someone not listen to a word I was saying. Her name was Gigi. What is PayPal's excuse for having no call centers working from home? How do they have absolutely nobody working? Thousands of people can't access their accounts. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are taking full advantage of this pandemic. They continue to take service fees and money but will not respond

I think PayPal is awful

I think PayPal is awful. Been scammed £170 and they ‘can’t do nothing’. Someone accessed my account and all my details, changed my password and everything and they don’t even have a direct number you can call, you have to send them an email and wait however long for someone to get back to you- by then all your money could be gone. Once I’ve resolved my latest issue with my actual bank I’ll be deleting my account and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Paypal allows China to steal from you

Paypal allows vendors like China to sell buyers cheap immitations--SCAMS--and then refuse to provide refunds. These chinese vendors will insist that you send back the items they fraudulently sold you at your own expense, which usually amounts to 2-3 times the amount you originally paid in shipping costs alone. PayPal is a broken system. They allow THIEVES to get away stealing from American buyers.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service, don’t respond to email, online messages and when you ring can’t get through. Same pre COVID so not an excuse. Don’t open a account. AVOID.

Paypal Nefasta gestión de la atención al Cliente.Terminará desapareciendo

Una verdadera lastima que un proyecto como PayPal se vaya al traste por una nefasta gestión de su clientes. Como indico en el titulo, no han tenido el detalle de contestar mis reclamaciones y ponen en duda las pruebas que aporto. Le dan la razón al vendedor sin aportarme ninguna justificación. Doy por perdida mi compra y dejo de usar la plataforma. Por supuesto no lo recomiendo.Y ya no espero tener respuesta de ello.
