Paylocity..It's Okay
What do you like best? It has a cool name, and when it works it has a nice check list feature. What do you dislike? There are some technical errors that occur frequently. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A lot of HR functions, like uploading W2's and papers like that, are easily posted on Paylocity.

Great all-in-one system
What do you like best? I like that is has payroll, time tracking, time-off requests, benefits, and more all in one system. What do you dislike? There’s not much that I don’t like about it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see my paystubs, tax forms, and all other necessary documents right on the portal. I can also easily request time off.

Best Costumer Experience
What do you like best? All my issues get resolve in one phone call! Paylocity staff is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. There is always a follow up phone call if the issue is not resolve immediately. What do you dislike? The new selling of new services. Although I understand that it has to be done. We have been with Paylocity since 2011 and our overall experience has been excellent.
What do you like best? The account representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. What do you dislike? Changes in Web Pay don't always feed over to Web Time. Plan changes involving Web Benefits has been challenging. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None at the moment

Easy to use
What do you like best? The app is so helpful to enter hours, request time off, approve time sheets etc. What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s difficult to log on and I have to try a few times. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can do annual reviews through the site, set goals, track vacation and approve timesheets.

Great Service, Advanced Options
What do you like best? Few errors, if any at all. The amount of options in the dashboard is a big deal for me as well. What do you dislike? There seems to be a significant amount of integrations, however it's for companies I haven't even heard of. Integrations for Google Apps (Gsuite would be great. The only support line I get excited to call!
What do you like best? Each representative is so kind. No matter the question, I am met with such helpful guidance and efficient problem solving. I have built a great relationship with our account manager and trust her with any situation. The attention to detail and urgency is problem solving is much appreciated. Essential software for human resources
What do you like best? As administrator of human resources to be able to control the managements, incidents and possible doubts of any user of the company, it becomes much easier with software systems like this that allow to speed up my work.
