"Simple to use, integrated, intuitive HRIS system."

What do you like best about Paylocity? It's an integrated system, which we use for HRIS, Recruiting and Payroll. It's so easy and straightforward to move someone from candidacy to hire to payroll.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity streamlines payroll and human resources process, and automates a lot of the processes as well. I specifically like how it integrates with our benefit companies, all of employee information can be found and kept in one local place, and making updates is a breeze - especially using mass updates. What do you like best about Paylocity? Set up and conversion were fairly painless. We struggled with making sure that each payroll was accurate when we were using a PEO and being able to seamlessly run payroll every two weeks now has been a blessing. Using Paylocity has enabled us to automate many things that were manual, which has saved us time and has also helped to earn back the trust of employees with increased accuracy in payroll.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Incredibly user-friendly, knowledgeable support staff, smartly organized and uncomplicated, love how the system almost reads my mind! I have used ADP in the past but have found Paylocity much easier to learn and use.
