What do you like best about Paylocity? Their customer support - a live person answers, even if it's not your dedicated Account Manager, someone can answer your questions in real-time!

"Nice overall functionality"
What do you like best about Paylocity? The employee app and timekeeping kiosks are easy for employees to use. The system allows customization to add fields and has a the ability to hold a lot of types of data. I like the timekeeping module - easy to use and provides a great way for supervisors to store information. We just added the benefits module and it is looking really good so far and should save a LOT of time for us!

What do you like best about Paylocity? The best thing about Paylocity is my account representative Michael Lee-Kin. He quickly follows up with us on issues we may experience with the platform and gives our company great advice when necessary.

What do you like best about Paylocity? The team at Paylocity made our implementation easy and fast. We told them when we would need to move, we would want to move fast, and they kept up with our needs every step of the way. Their attention to our needs made working with them a joy.

What do you like best about Paylocity? it allows me to quickly check employee hours, missed punches, and apply benefits. I also really like being able to see retention at different branches.

What do you like best about Paylocity? While the platform is easy to use and has excellent features, I have to say that what I love most is the customer service provided by Paylocity. I have used several different platforms, and their customer service is the best! When you call, you get a live person who can assist you promptly with your issue. What do you like best about Paylocity? What I like best is their help feature. Paylocity has a very robust feature in P.E.A.K., Paylocity Education and Knowledge. When I first started using Paylocity I was introduced to PEAK and was able to navigate extremely well through the system.

What do you like best about Paylocity? As a theatre for young audiences, we have a complicated payroll. We have employees who work in multiple departments, temporary, seasonal, regular, salaried.
